1. Short assessment
Answer four quick questions about team size, retained history, systems and location. Add your company and work email to see your preliminary result. It takes about a minute, with no data upload.
2. Valuation and scope
Continue to the partner's fuller assessment. The partner reviews your data's relevance, quality and licensing rights before any firm offer. You decide which systems, records and dates can be considered.
3. Buyer match
Our licensing partner evaluates suitable buyer opportunities and handles the agreed preparation and anonymisation. Aivra remains a point of contact for guidance. Matching does not guarantee a buyer or the highest available price.
4. Signed licence and payout
You approve the scope, permitted uses and payment terms before anything is licensed. Your company retains ownership. Payments follow the signed agreement; multiple licences may be possible where its terms permit.
Free for you
Our fee is paid by our licensing partner, never out of your payout. For our current referral arrangement, the partner funds Aivra's participation from its own share; your agreed licensor share is not reduced by that participation.
Your data stays yours
You keep your original data and approve what can be licensed. The agreed copy is anonymised through the licensing partner's process. Rights, confidentiality, exclusions and handling terms are reviewed before transfer.
Frequently asked questions
Who pays Aivra?
Our licensing partner pays Aivra's referral fee from its own share. Aivra's fee does not reduce your agreed payout.
Is my data safe?
The initial assessment needs no data upload. Before an export, the licensing partner reviews rights, scope, anonymisation and handling terms with you. Review those terms and the relevant safeguards before authorising a transfer.
Do I keep ownership?
Yes. A licence grants agreed usage rights while your company retains ownership. Any exclusivity and restrictions must be defined in the agreement.
How long does it take?
Aivra's quick assessment takes about a minute. Review, preparation, buyer matching and payment depend on the dataset and agreement; there is no guaranteed deal timeline.
